CH Makanacoon's Remember When and Makanacoon's Tewila litter was born on 06/14/2016.

We very sorrowfully wish to tell you that we lost Tewila several days after a very difficult delivery. This is only the second time we have lost one of our girls due to kittening in 24 years, so are very grateful that this rarely happens. It's a good thing, because I don't think my heart could take it!

We are also extremely grateful for having a wonderful vet that enabled us to save 3 red headed babies that are doing wonderfully today.

These 3 kittens are now 8 weeks old.

What a gorgeous group of babies they are. They are now playing with their toys, getting fat from eating their raw diet, and learning to sit in my lap when they get their nails clipped. Their dispositions are wonderful!

Coonopry's Rocky Top of Makanacoon and Tribalcats Honolulu of Makanacoon kittens were born on 03/25/2016. Most recent photos are at almost 11 weeks of age.

All kittens are RESERVED in this litter, but wanted to post pictures of these kittens. Two years ago, I felt that the ears of the Maine Coon were being bred to produce a taller tighter ear for showing, and although not the most important thing to me, nor wanting to go to the extreme , I decided to bring in some lovely girls from friends of mine to improve this part of my kittens. I think that kittens from my last litters show that this has been accomplished. Thanks to all my breeder friends who helped me to accomplish this goal.

Pictures of CH Makanacoon's Sweet Annie and CH Rockstarcats Charlie of Makanacoon's kittens that were born on 03/16/2016.. We only breed our females once a year, but late one night Charlie, who had shown no interest in any female in heat, bred Sweet Annie. So between Easy and Sweet Annie, we knew that finally Charlie was going to be one of our sires here at Makanacoon. And his kittens are wonderful. Sweet Annie's kittens are shown here in most recent photos at 7 weeks of age.
